Refund/exchange/cancellation or applicable warranty policies
Shipping policy
Orders received and confirmed by 2:00PM PST (Monday-Thursday) and 11:00 AM PST (Friday) will be generally shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders received and confirmed after 2:00PM PST (Monday-Thursday) and 11:00 AM PST (Friday) will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must be placed through email: customerservices@dynoexchange.com.
Palletized Freight or Other Special Shipping
Any order quantity over a pallet or over 150 Lbs (see quantity and weight for pallet on Product Spec detail) and other special request or express shipping, please contact our customer service team at 001-562-906-2018, Monday – Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 11:00 am for prompt assistance with additional shipping arrangement.
International Shipping

PO Box Addresses
We currently do NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses for order shipment security purpose.
Payment Policy
All Credit card payment status will be confirmed by Dyno Exchange Inc. and upon receipt of payment, orders will be arranged for shipment. Sales Tax (9%) will be charged according to current Dyno Exchange Inc location in California.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, address, expiration date, and the CVV number on the back of your card.
Cancellation Policy
We grant cancellation of order(s) any time when:
We cannot fulfill your order(s); order is not shipped within promised period; and order(s) before shipment, and full refund will be granted within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
Order(s) shipped out (Order(s) are at Carriers (FedEx or any other freight companies) in shipping process) with shipping confirmation are NOT able to be cancelled; and return-shipping-cost is under buyer’s expense (will be deducted from refunding amount), and issuing refund will be conducted 7 business days after receiving merchandises (orders) with undamaged, new and unopened (unused) with original label(s) according to returned-quantity and authorized-refund-quantity* in 20 business days from the date of delivery. To ensure your refund of order(s), we recommend you to ship back order(s) to us with tracking numbers to ensure your return order(s)’s status; order(s) over $100, we recommend you add insurance.
NOTE: Order(s) shipped out will be applying Return Policy when buyer wants to return order(s) fully or partially.
* Authorized-refund-quantity may differ from actual returned-quantity due to conditions of returned merchandise(s). It must be undamaged, new and unopened (unused) with original label(s) to be approved as authorized-refund-quantity. Please promptly contact customer service via email customerservices@dynoexchange.com, or by phone at 001-562-906-2018 to request or confirm a cancellation of your order.
Return/ Exchange Policy, Refund Policy, and Restocking Fee
We only accept returns for all products purchased in the United States on www.dynoexchange.com. Returning order(s) must be returned to (received by) Dyno Exchange Inc. undamaged, new and unopened (unused) with original label(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase, or within 20 days from the date of received order(s). 20% re-stocking fee will be charged from refunding amount, and it will be refunded within 7 business days after receiving returned items. Buyer is responsible to provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number while requesting return.

Returning order(s) received by Dyno Exchange after 30 days and within 40 days (31st day – 40th day) from the date of purchase, or after 20 days and within 30 days (21st day – 30th day) from the date of delivery, a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied to returning items at original purchased price.

NOTE: Invalid Shipping Address may cause failure on delivery, and return-cost (ship-back cost) due to buyer’s invalid address will be charged from buyer’s credit/ debit card automatically, and I, buyer agree on this term(s).

Order(s) received by buyer after 30 days from the date of delivery, (from 31st day) by not requesting return or claiming any obvious visible manufacture defects, buyer is willingly or automatically giving up the rights of requesting return order(s), claiming obvious visible manufacture defects and requesting refund(s).

Exchanges will NOT be applicable to any online orders on www.dynoexchange.com; and order(s) could be returned within our Return Policy period for appropriate refund under Return Policy. Return cost is at buyer’s expense.

Upon proof of inspection on manufacturing defects by certified third party (public inspection agency), full purchase amount with shipping cost will be refunded. Buyer is responsible to inspect order(s) before installation for any manufacturing defects, and contact us immediately. Any cost of installation or removal due to ignorance/ negligence of manufacturing defects will not be covered by Dyno Exchange Inc.

NOTE: Up to 5% of defects are considered as negligible, and any defects of up to 5% of total order(s) will not be covered under warranty (refund).

PLEASE, contact customer service via email customerservices@dynoexchange.com, or by phone at 001-562-906-2018 regarding any manufacturing defects (Any obvious visible defects such as scratches, plank-bending, or damaged clicks) within 30 days from the date of delivery to ensure your return and refund rights.

NOTE: Hire certified Installation Company/ installer to ensure install your merchandise(s) correctly. Return policy and Refund Policy are not applicable to any issue(s), damage(s), defect(s), or loss caused from installation by customer or by any un-certified installer(s).
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment used within 7 business days from the date of authorization approval (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If the credit/ debit card is due, processing may take as long as four weeks for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).
Damaged Order(s) on Delivery
Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make sure order(s) is (are) in good condition. In case of damage on delivery, buyer is responsible to provide proof (pictures) of damaged items for further assistance. Delays on order delivery due to damage(s) caused by carrier’s mistake are not the responsibility of Dyno Exchange Inc. Federal Express Claims
We will assist customers with filing a Federal Express claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Federal Express about any loss or delivery disputes.
NOTE: We are not responsible for failure of delivery of order(s) due to invalid shipping address.
