Dyno Exchange Flooring warrants that its products are free from any unusual manufacturing defects. If the products are found to be defective, Dyno Exchange will supply new product of the same or similar style, size, color, grade, and gauge to repair or replace the defective area and will pay reasonable labor costs provided the flooring was professionally installed and maintained according to the installation instructions provided. Products that are non-defective but are damaged during an improper installation do not constitute a valid claim as defined by this limited warranty. This warranty will not include loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses (telephone calls, removal/replacement of products placed over the floor after original installation, etc.) included in the removal and reinstallation of the affected material, and any other incidental or consequential damages. Dyno Exchange reserves the right to inspect any claim and/or request photographs and/or samples associated with the specific claim prior to approving any claim. All limited warranties are valid for the original purchaser of the flooring only and are in non-transferrable.
Please contact our customer service and describe the issue regarding the defect(s) within 30 days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the defect(s) by our authorized agents. All compensations (inspection expense, installation expense, and other related expenses) will be determined according to inspection results.
Waterproof Limited Warranty
Dyno Exchange SPC planks are warranted to be 100% waterproof. The structural performance of the planks, when properly installed and used under normal conditions, will be resistant to damaged caused by exposure to water for the life of the product. Our warranty excludes damage resulting from the growth of both mold and/or mildew due to extended moisture exposure.
While Dyno Exchange SPC products are waterproof, the product is not a waterproof barrier for the subfloor and surrounding structure. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by hydrostatic pressure from the subfloor, flooding. household leaks, or mechanical failures from appliances, heating equipment leaks, etc.

Terms and Conditions for Warranty

1. SPC flooring must be installed as described in accordance to the suggested Unilin Unipush Locking System. It is the installer’s responsibility to inspect each board PRIOR to installation. Any obvious visible defects such as scratches, plank-bending, or damaged clicks are not allowed to be installed, and must immediately contact us for replacement of new products. Products with visible defects must not be installed under any circumstances. Installation expense and removing & re-installation expense under ignorance of any of these obvious visible defects will void warranty.
2. For surface wear-through to be warrantable, the surface wear-through must be easily visible from a distance of six-feet with a surface area of at least one square inch.
3. Warranty excludes indentations, scratches, scuffs, chipping, damages caused by lack of proper maintenance/use, etc. Not limited to gliders, castor wheels, vacuum
