25-Year Warranty for 12mm AC3 Products

The Residential Warranty is extended to ONLY Dyno Exchange & Dyno Impact original purchase(s). Warranty is limited to residential applications only, and do NOT apply to commercial or industrial use. We warrant to the primary purchaser of our laminate flooring products that any manufacturing defects will include free replacement of products or refund, furthermore, installation cost at reasonable conditions (see 1, 2 on Terms and Conditions). Applicable warranty accommodates wear-through stain from normal household consumable items and discoloring from sunlight, artificial light under residential conditions etc. It excludes unusual chemicals and mechanical stress. Gloss fading is not considered as wear-through.
Please contact our customer service and describe the issue regarding the defect(s) within 30 days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the defect(s) by our authorized agents. All compensations (inspection expense, installation expense, and other related expenses) will be determined according to inspection results.

Terms and Conditions for Warranty

1. Laminate flooring must be installed as described in accordance to the suggested Unilin Locking System. It is the installer’s responsibility to inspect each board PRIOR to installation. Any obvious visible defects such as scratches, plank-bending, or damaged clicks are not allowed to be installed, and must immediately contact us for replacement of new products. Products with visible defects must not be installed under any circumstances. Installation expense and removing & re-installation expense under ignorance of any of these obvious visible defects will void warranty.
2. Installation cost (installation cost on replacement with the same Collection or money refund) due to manufacturing defects will be compensated/ warranted at fair market price.
3. Warranty excludes damages from unusual condition such as exposure to extreme heat, dryness, water saturation etc
4. Warranty is NOT applicable when product is installed in the areas contrary to recommendations of laminate flooring installation, including exterior applications, unstable/ improper subfloors, areas exposed to excessive moisture.
5. For surface wear-through to be warrantable, the surface wear-through must be easily visible from a distance of six-feet with a surface area of at least one square inch.
6. Warranty excludes indentations, scratches, scuffs, chipping, damages caused by lack of proper maintenance/use, etc. Not limited to gliders, castor wheels, vacuum cleaner, beater bars, pets, spiked heel shoes (not under proper repair), accidents, misuse and negligence.
7. The limited warranty does not cover variations of color, shades/texture of panels purchased shown from samples and photographs.
8. The limited warranty does not cover any construction related damages.

Flooring Maintenance Guideline

Nonabrasive, soap-free cleaner is recommended for cleaning laminate flooring on regular basis.
